  • Twelve gaming pieces, made from antler and all stained green from proximity to the Byzantine Bowl SF 804. Plano-convex in section, with flat bases which are plain and do not include any basal markings. Mostly circular, although some are closer to oval in shape. Some retain their original polish. Four gaming pieces are undecorated, one has a single ring-and-dot motif at its apex, and six have three ring-and-dot motifs located just below the apex. Two survive only as small fragments, which may belong to the twelve gaming pieces that can be identified with certainty.
