  • A rounded, sub-oval lump of copper alloy, lightly curved in section and green to grey in colour
  • Part of the upper stone from a quern of lower greensand. One side of the quern is flat, with sligh, faint indications of rilling in one direction, now worn down to a near-smooth surface. The upper surface is lightly domed and falls away in several areas towards the centre of the quern, which would have included a broad, splayed aperture. Keller 1989, Type 3, re-used as a pillow stone in the grave.
